Submit a form using the contact page to request a 30 minutes complimentary personal health assessment with experts in any of the four disciplines to explore your health journey forward.
Invitation to proceed
An invitation will be sent out to proceed with a client-confidentiality agreement and an intake form.
Discreet consultation
Post the intake form, a video call will be conducted virtually where the client will be able to express their aspects of physiological, mental and emotional health issues along with a discussion about their lifestyle and history.
Personal Review and Assessment
A detailed evaluation of the patient will be conducted in-house, evaluating and integrating different forms of practices and a prescription and set of recommendations will be sent via e-mail within a week.
Ongoing private care
A personalised long-term support will be provided for your journey with sessions every 6-8 weeks.
